Arlington Conducting Once In A Decade Property Inspections
The Assessor's Office is sending contractors into neighborhoods to carry out the standard procedure.

ARLINGTON, MA — Town Hall announced Tuesday that the Assessor's Office will be conducting field inspections at residences throughout the rest of the calendar year.
The state requires neighborhood field inspections once every 10 years. The Assessor’s Office has contracted real estate appraiser Catalis to lead the inspections.
According to the town, every Catalis inspector will have proper identification when requesting an interior inspection.
The inspectors will be going from door to door. Residents can schedule their own time for an inspection by contacting the Assessor’s Office.
