Arlington Residents: Don't Cut Through Mt. Pleasant Cemetery

Starting Tuesday, Sept. 8, "Not a Through Way" signage will be placed at all cemetery entrances.

In an attempt to improve public safety at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, 70 Medford St., the Town will be taking action to reduce cut-through traffic.

Between the hours of 3 p.m. to 9 a.m., barricades will be installed at select locations within the cemetery that will prevent cut through traffic.

Travelers are asked to obey all signage, and as a general rule, please do not cut through the cemetery.
