ARLINGTON, VA — A 46-year-old Arlington man is facing multiple charges, including assault, in connection to an incident involving a BB gun that occurred early Monday morning in a Pentagon City garage.

Officers responded around 5:55 a.m. to the 800 block of Army Navy Drive for the report of a person with a gun, according to police. Security personnel told police that a man was spotted walking around the inside of the building with what appeared to be a gun.

A short time later, two other security members confronted the man in a parking garage, during which the man pointed a firearm at them. At that point, they decided to call police, who located the man and took him into custody without incident. No injuries were reported.

ACPD arrested and charged Christopher Uglialoro of Arlington with three counts each of brandishing and assault and battery, according to the incident report. Police received a BB gun during their investigation.
