Many Arlington Police Officers have had their lives touched by cancer, including retired Lt. Dan Kelly, who has received treatment from Massachusetts General Hospital.

Chief Juliann Flaherty allowed the Arlington Police Department to participate in “No Shave November” and continue the no shave campaign through the month of December 2021. To participate in the campaign for both months, officers donated $200 each. Through the campaign, members of the department were able to forgo facial hair restrictions during these months and donate to support cancer research at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Thank you to those that have helped us reach our goal and more importantly, helped us fight cancer!
