Boston Architectural College Gets State Bond for Renovations
The school will use the bond for its third stage of renovations to add student meeting spaces, studios, a lecture hall and gallery to its 951 Boylston St. building.
Boston Architectural College is moving full steam ahead on the third phase of its renovation project thanks to a $5.8 million bond from MassDevelopment.
The school is using the money for construction and renovations to its 951 Boylston Street building to include student meeting spaces, studios, a lecture hall and gallery. The bond will also help fund equipment costs, furniture and renovations at other facilities.
“The BAC has benefited from its longstanding partnership with MassDevelopment, which has enabled us to dramatically improve our facilities to insure that we can best serve our students and the important work that they do within our city and the region,” Jim Dunn, BAC Executive Vice President, said in a press release.
