Orange Line Resumes Service Between Back Bay, Forest Hills

The MBTA says to expect residual delays.

The Orange Line between Back Bay and Forest Hills is back on track after a medical emergency prompted the MBTA to reroute with buses Friday afternoon.

The MBTA said to expect moderate residual delays.

There were more severe delays as shuttle buses came in to replace the route. Orange Line T stops that shuttled were: Back Bay, Massachusetts Ave., Ruggles, Roxbury Crossing, Jackson Square, Stony Brook, Green Street and Forest Hills.

The MBTA asked riders to use the Green Line for transportation around the North Station-Copley area.
