• Project of the Year Finalist, Best Office/Retail/Mixed-Use: Parcel 12 (enr.com) — A massive new air-rights project over the Mass Pike is physically reconnecting Back Bay with Fenway through a half-acre public park, new office tower, hotel, and 35,000 square feet of retail. Parcel 12 also upgrades the Mass Ave bridge, reworks a Pike on-ramp, and adds a new Hynes Station entrance, promising better walkability and transit access for Back Bay residents.
