UPDATED: Victims in Milwaukee Plane Crash Identified as Wenham Residents

The victims of a plane crash in Milwaukee overnight have been identified. The plane, registered to a Boston company, crashed at a Milwaukee airport Wednesday, killing at least two on board.

The victims have been identified as Summit Partners Managing Director Joe Trustey and his daughter Anna, both residents of Wenham according to various social media posts. The two were believed to be the only people on the plane, according to Fortune. Summit Partners is located on Berkeley Street in Boston.

Trustey is survived by his wife Kristine and two other daughters, Caroline and Claire. His son A.J. passed away in 2014, according to the Fortune article.

Wednesday night between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., the plane reportedly crashed at the Lawrence J. Timmerman Airport, the Chicago Tribune is reporting. The report says the single-engine plane burst into flames after it crashed.

Time Magazine is reporting the plane was registered to Boston-based Trustey Management Corp. and that the pilot asked to abort the landing just before the plane crashed.
