Police: Early Morning Break-In on Newbury Street
The following information was supplied by the Boston Police Department.

A store on Newbury Street was broken into early Sunday morning.
Boston Police responded to a broken glass alarm on Newbury Street at about 4:14 a.m. on Sunday, June 9.
Officers arrived at 14 Newbury Street and saw extensive damage to the glass front door of the store and the large window in the front of the store as well.

The large left side window was completely smashed through and a cobblestone was sitting in the stores front window display on the floor. The officers entered the store and conducted a search.
Police deduced that items were stolen because of empty shelves. Because of the hour in which the break-in occurred, no store employees were on the scene.
