Back to New Hampshire: Mayor Walsh, Congressman Lynch Canvass for Clinton in Granite State
Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, Congressman Stephen Lynch are among the Bay Staters boosting Hillary Clinton's efforts for our northern neighbor.

BOSTON, MA — Boston's mayor and a local congressman are among the Democrats adding to the pro-Hillary Clinton pack swarming New Hampshire in the final days before Tuesday's 2016 General Election.
Mayor Marty Walsh and South Boston Congressman Stephen Lynch travel north Saturday to Manchester, where they'll join local electeds to canvass for Clinton that morning.
In the afternoon, Walsh join New Hampshire Sen. Donna Soucy for a get-out-the-vote effort at the city's Bridge Cafe.

Walsh's surrogacy for Clinton has been ramping up, frequently playing on his union roots with an emphasis on rallying local labor groups. He was in Pennsylvania last weekend, and this will be at least his second official trip to New Hampshire on Clinton's behalf.
New Hampshire is forecast by multiple polls as a likely win for Clinton, although a recent Boston Globe/Suffolk University survey predicts a tie. Arguably equally or more pressing for Democrats there is driving turnout to take the Senate seat currently held by Republican Kelly Ayotte. That race is currently projected as a dead heat, and is considered a national bellwether as Dems seek to flip Senate control in their favor.
