Prosecutors filed a superseding information in federal court Monday in anticipation of a guilty plea from Catherine Greig, who is charged with harboring a fugitive and identity fraud.

Catherine Greig, reputed mobster James "Whitey" Bulger's longtime girlfriend, has agreed to plead guilty to three federal charges, according to court filings.
Greig admitted to possessing stolen identities and helping harbor the organized crime figurehead from law enforcement from 1995 to 2011, according to a filing submitted Monday afternoon and signed by Greig .
The Boston Globe reports that Greig met with prosecutors to discuss a plea deal Monday, and it was expected to be announced in a court appearance Wednesday.

outlining charges of harboring a fugitive, conspiracy to commit identity fraud and identity fraud, charges that stem from the 16 years Greig spent with Bulger on the lam and actions leading up to the couple fleeing from Boston.
Each of the three charges carries a prison term of up to five years followed by three years supervised release.
