During a raging sea storm, 11-year-old Lampie, the lighthouse keeper’s daughter, fails to keep the light burning, causing a ship to crash against the rocks. To make amends for the damage she caused by her carelessness, she is sent to the mysterious “Black House,” a place full of secrets. There, she befriends a boy with a shimmering fish tail; together they embark on a daring and magical journey to find her lost father. Age 8+
