Falmouth Theatre Guild Announces Auditions for James and the Giant Peach

Falmouth, MA – The Falmouth Theatre Guild (FTG) is excited to announce auditions for its upcoming spring 2026 production of James and the Giant Peach, based on the children’s classic by Roald Dahl, adapted by Timothy Allen McDonald with music and lyrics by Benj Pasek & Justin Paul.

Production Overview:

Join the imaginative adventure of young James as he escapes his oppressive aunts and embarks on a fantastical journey inside a magical, giant peach. Along the way he befriends oversized insect companions and together they brave oceans, skies, and a final climb to the top of the Empire State Building. This production promises lively music, inventive staging, puppetry and a large ensemble cast—perfect for a wide range of performers.

Sunday, January 11, 2026: 2:00–3:30 pm (James & Ensemble under 18) / 3:30–5:30 pm (all other roles, adult ensemble)

Monday, January 12, 2026: 6:00–7:00 pm (James & Ensemble under 18) / 7:00–9:00 pm (all other roles, adult ensemble)

Wednesday, January 14, 2026: Call-backs as needed starting at 6:00 pm
