July 1 9:46 p.m. - Heather Saccone, 41, was arrested on Liberty Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense). July 7 1:08 p.m. - Quan Huynh, 25, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. 7:57 p.m. - Police made three arrested on Granite Street.
