BRAINTREE, MA — A new CVS store is likely heading to Braintree after over $6 million in construction financing was secured for the project.

Eagle Bridge Real Estate Capital recently announced they arranged to finance over $6,140,000 for the construction of the store.

The new CVS store is to be built at 357 Grove Street, and would replace the nearby CVS store in Tedeschi Plaza Shopping Center, according to a report.
