Hannigan, 36 of Braintree, was arrested for a marked lanes violation, speeding, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and OUI liquor. Skyline Drive. 12:39 a.m. Domestic Dispute. Rui Manuel Lopes, New Bedford, was arrested for assault and battery.  60 Skyline Drive. 6:42 p.m. Disturbance. Mikaylya Lee Buttomer, 20, was charged with trespass and threat to commit a crime.
