BURLINGTON, MA — The Burlington Mall has plenty of newcomers in store this year, including several new clothing stores, an indoor play area and arcade, and several dining options.

Among the shops opening is Kendra Scott, a jewelry chain. The store will open in late spring next to J. Crew. The jeweler is "known for its vibrant and unique designs."

Evereve, a clothing retailer that carries over 150 brands and hires trained stylists "to help you feel and look your best," is slated to open in the early summer.

Rowan will also arrive this summer and promises to provide a safe ear-piercing experience by licensed nurses for all ages.

Pacsun, a retail clothing brand, is also coming in late spring.

Bubble tea shop Ten One Tea House is expected to open in late spring in the LensCrafters wing. The shop will replace an existing cookie store in a spot next to Lululemon and Sephora. The bubble shop chain has six other locations in Massachusetts.

J7 Adventureland, a new indoor play area that will feature an arcade and unique birthday party experiences for kids of all ages, will also arrive early this summer.

A store known for its "delicious, artisanal ice cream," Van Leeuwen, is expected to arrive in mid-summer, located on the first level next to Legal Sea Foods.

Other Dining Pavilion additions include Tobu and Sergeant Burgers, both arriving in the summer.

Previously announced ChoCho Hot Pot is set to arrive later in the year in the LensCrafters wing.
