BURLINGTON, MA — An 18-year-old Burlington man was killed in a single-car crash on the Mass. Pike early Monday morning.State Police said Joseph Fournier was driving in Brighton when his 2019 Honda Civic veered off the road to the left and struck the jersey barrier, sending it across all the lanes where it hit the guardrail and back across the lanes to hit the jersey barrier again."Speed is believed to be a contributing factor," a State Police release said. Patch has asked Burlington Public Schools if Fournier was a student there. We will update this story with more information as it becomes available.
