Burlington Town Meeting Postponed Due To COVID Concerns
Town Meeting, originally scheduled for Jan. 24, has been pushed to Feb. 16.
BURLINGTON, MA — Town Meeting has been postponed three weeks due to concerns over COVID-19.
Town Meeting, originally scheduled for Jan. 24, has been pushed to Feb. 16. It will still be at 7:30 p.m. at the Burlington High School auditorium.
"After discussion between the Moderator and the Health Department it has been decided that the best option at this time is to postpone the meeting for 3 weeks, when the COVID situation should be better and have an in-person meeting at that time," Town Clerk Amy Warfield said.
