Burlington's Veracode Named To 2023 Top Workplaces USA List
The list is compiled by Energage. Veracode is a software security testing solutions provider with offices in Burlington, London and Prague.

BURLINGTON, MA — Burlington-based Veracode, a leading global provider of software security testing solutions, has been named to the list of 2023 Top Workplaces USA by Energage.
According to Energage, which has been compiling the list for 15 years, companies are chosen for Top Workplaces based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey.
Energage said results are calculated by comparing the survey's research-based statements, including 15 cultural drivers that Energage officials said are proven to predict high performance against energy benchmarks.

"This (Top Workplaces) recognition demonstrates the positive impact of our commitment to our invaluable team," said Alison Bayiates, chief human resources officer at Veracode. "We are proud of our diverse and inclusive culture that continues to enable employees to collaborate to their full potential."
Bayiates continued: "By offering global resources to empower professional and personal growth, our remote-first environment fosters innovation, customer satisfaction, and shared success. This accolade affirms the difference our efforts make to develop our world-class talent."
Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, called the Top Workplaces distinction "something to be proud of."
"Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees," Rubino said.
