Buddy’s owner Deborah Edgerly told had a followup conversation with someone in Burlington who she originally spoke to in December. Edgerly says a security guard saw a thin, weak dog in November/December near the Burlington Mall where construction is happening.
The security guard was shown Buddy’s pictures on Saturday and told Edgerly he feels the dog was Buddy. Edgerly says the coloring and fur on teh dog matched Buddy, along with the fact the dog spotted had a collar on. She says the security guard said the dog he saw had his tail between his legs, needed to be groomed and was slow moving.
