Lahey Hospital To Expand Free Parking For Burlington Seniors
The hospital will offer free parking for Burlington seniors attending medical appointments across the hospital campus starting in November.

BURLINGTON, MA – To better serve local patients, Lahey Hospital & Medical Center is instituting free parking for Burlington seniors attending medical appointments across the hospital campus starting in November.
Beginning Nov. 1, Burlington residents age 60 and older will enjoy validated free parking for medical-related appointments at the main campus of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center at 41 Mall Road as well as at the medical offices at 31 Mall Road.

Parking will continue to remain free at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center’s locations at 29 Mall Road and 67 South Bedford St.
“We are proud to offer this free service to our senior patients from within the community to help ease their visits to our campus,” said Susan Moffatt-Bruce, MD, PhD, president of Lahey Hospital & Medical Center.

Burlington seniors will be required to show proof of their medical appointment, residency and age to obtain validated parking. Proof of appointments may be provided via a patient’s medical portal, a printout from the physician’s office or information desk, or other available documentation.
For free parking at 41 Mall Road, senior residents will receive validation at the Security Office, located off the hospital’s Main Lobby, or at the Main Lobby Information Desk after 8 p.m. For residents receiving care at 31 Mall Road, they will obtain their parking validation from the clinic reception desk at the time of their appointment.
