The Burlington location will be at the Blaze Pizza location. A cover letter for the plans reads: "The Applicant is seeking Special Permit approval to permit the replacement of the former Blaze Pizza with a new fast casual dining establishment known as Life Alive Cafe."

A Blaze Pizza store manager, who identified himself as Michael S., said the Burlington location is "not closing anytime soon."
