A tractor trailer operator has been arrested for a third tim for OUI follwing a crash in Burlington.Stat police says at around 6 p.m. Wednesday night, the truck rolled backwards and hit a 2011 Mercedes Benz while waiting in traffic on Route 95 South by the Route 3 North on-ramp in Burlington. The tractor trailer driver, 46-year-old Jody Harmon of Winchendon, was then arrested for Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol for the third time. Harmon is scheduled to be arraigned today in Woburn District Court. The driver of the Mercedes was not hurt in the crash.
