Charlestown residents placed flowers today, Wednesday, Sept. 11, at the September 11th Memorial in memory of the nearly 3,000 people who died 12 years ago.
The memorial, located in Galvin Green on Rutherford Avenue near City Square Park, was dedicated Sept. 11, last year.
