Boston Zoning Board To Consider Renovations at 31 Mount Vernon St.

The Boston Zoning Board of Appeal will hold a public hearing on a variance request for a property located at 31 Mount Vernon St. in Charlestown on May 7 at 9:30 a.m. in Room 801 at Boston City Hall.

Applicant VS Terra LLC/Sergei Sacheck is seeking a variance to extend the living space into the basement and attic; to erect a roofdeck on the existing ell; to build a new entrance for the lower unit; and to renovate the existing building.
