CNC Development Committee Meeting on Ropewalk Building Proposal

The Charlestown Neighborhood Council will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 8 at 7 p.m. at the new Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital Community Meeting Room to hear preliminary development concepts for the Ropewalk Building, as presented by Joseph Timilty and his development team.

Timilty is proposing a development to include approximately 69 rental housing units and a small museum area. The project includes the adaptive reuse of the entire Ropewalk Building as well as the adjacent structures that are connected to the Ropewalk Building by overhead walkways. The proposed project does not include on-site parking.

Paid parking is available in the Spaulding garage for those attending the meeting.
