East West Fitness Classes (for 55+)

Elder Services offers weekly East West Fitness classes in collaboration with the Kennedy Center. The classes are free and open to the public. 

The East West Fitness Class, offered by a trained exercise instructor Teresa Boughner, uses a blend of senior yoga, tai chi and general fitness to lift your heart rate, spirits and bring greater mindfulness and relaxation into your life.

All levels are welcome. The class is modified and designed for seniors, 55 and older. Please call the Kennedy Center with any questions or to sign up at 617-241-8866.
