Former Boston Police Head Ed Davis: Tsarnaev Trial 'Long, Drawn Out Process'
The former commissioner says he doesn't expect the jury's decision to come soon.

Former Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis, who played a major role in the response to the Boston Marathon bombings, said he expects the jury will find Dzhokhar Tsarnaev guilty but doesn’t expect their decision to come soon.
“I was there as the judge read the instructions and they have to consider each one of these 30 charges,” Davis said to the Boston Herald. “They have to determine whether or not reasonable doubt would exist in each one of them. It’s going to be a long, drawn-out process, I think.”

The April 15, 2013 nightmare resulted in the death of three people and the injury of more than 260 others. Twenty-one-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev faces 30 charges, including 17 that could bring him the death penalty.
