64-Year-Old Woman Found Stabbed To Death Inside Lowell Home

The Middlesex District Attorney is calling the case a homicide after an autopsy revealed the woman had been stabbed multiple times.

LOWELL, MA — A 64-year-old woman died after being found with multiple stab wounds inside her home in Lowell late Sunday night, police said.

Officers launched a homicide investigation at a home on Loring Street after the woman was found unresponsive in her home around 11:30 p.m.

The Middlesex District Attorney and Lowell Police said the woman was rushed to Lowell General Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
