Academic, Athletic All-Stars from Chelmsford

CHELMSFORD, MA - These Chlemsford residents have been making a splash at their respective institutes of learning. Check out the accolades they're earning.

• Peter Breitwieser of Chelmsford, MA participated in the 2016 Elevator Pitch competition at Champlain College. The contest, which is put on by Champlain College's Build Your Own Business (BYOBiz) Program, Career Services, the Center for Service & Civic Engagement and the Office of Advancement, requires students to give a 90-second "pitch" about a business idea to an executive (who is known as "the suit") as they ride together in a fictional elevator. The three categories of competition are Entrepreneurs, Job/Internship Seekers, and Non-Profit/Social Advocates.
• Emma Sharon, a member of the class of 2019 from Chelmsford, has been named to the fall 2015 Dean's List at Loyola University Maryland.
• Kailey Alexa Gorski of Chelmsford has been named to the President's List at Clemson University for the fall 2015 semester. Gorski is majoring in Biological Sciences.
• Jennifer Day was one of 25 Worcester Polytechnic Institute winter student-athletes to earn NEWMAC Academic All-Conference accolades. Day is a member of the women's swimming and diving team. She was also named a WPI Female Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sunday, Feb. 21.
• Lev Tsidilkovski of Chelmsford was named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2015 semester at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
• Allison Turner of Chelmsford was named to the Dean's List for the Fall 2015 semester at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
• Rianna Dechiara (Accounting), Emily Totten (Architecture), Chris Materna, (Biology), Jessica Pina, (Criminal Justice), Benjamin Sauter, (Engineering), Meghan Albee, (Finance), Rachel Maloney, (Global Communication), Molly Peterson, (Marketing) and Amanda Becotte (Mathematics) were named to the Fall 2015 Dean's List at Roger Williams University.
• Sara Teele, a resident of Chelmsford and Psychology major, was named to the Dean's List in Ithaca College's School of Humanities and Sciences for the fall 2015 semester.
• Thomas Bentley of Chelmsford graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in the fall 2015 semester with a degree in game design and development (Bachelor of Science).
• Alaina Froton, Nicholas Govoni, Allison Rassmann, Hannah Riffe and Benjamin Sack were named to Emerson College's Dean's List for the Fall 2015 semester.
• Marissa Kirk and Amanda March were named to the Dean's Honor List for the Fall 2015 semester at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
• Kelly Anderson, Madison Brennan, Brianna Fabianek, Kathryn Gaffney, Hannah Marden and Alanna Woodlock were named to Emmanuel College's Dean's List for the Fall 2015 semester.
• Owen Eastwood (film and animation), Thomas Bentley (game design and development), Colton Crawford (game design and development), Alexander Earley (game design and development program and Curran Tobin (mechanical engineering) made the Dean's List at Rochester Institute of Technology for fall semester 2015-2016.
