Baby Owl, Chemical Burn, Noise in the Basement: Police Log

CHELMSFORD, MA -

At 2:45 a.m., a man was reported to have a chemical burn on Alpha Road.

At 8:59 a.m., the animal control officer was requested to check on a baby owl on the side of the road.

At 5:06 p.m., a possible water main break was reported on Billerica Road.

AT 9:32 p.m., a man was reportedly asking to use the phone on Prescott Drive.

At 10:11 p.m., a resident reported a noise in the basement.
