Board of Health Schedules Free Flu Vaccine Clinics

The Chelmsford Board of Health has scheduled two clinics.

It may not feel like flu season outside, but it’s rapidly approaching.

The Chelmsford Board of Health has scheduled two free flu clinics coming up for residents who are at least 6 months old.

The clinics will be held Thursday, Oct. 8 and Thursday, Nov. 12 at the Chelmsford Senior Center (75 Groton Road, Route 40, North Chelmsford). The specific times are below:

Oct. 8

  • From 3:30-4:30 p.m. -- residents 65 and up.
  • From 4:30-7 p.m. -- residents ages 6 months and older.

Nov. 12

  • From 4:30-7 p.m. -- residents ages 6 months and older.

No appointment is necessary to receive the vaccine. The vaccines are free for everyone, but all residents coming to the clinics, regardless of age, should still bring their insurance cards. Remember to wear loose-fitting clothes or short sleeves.
