National Assisted Living Week is taking place this week, and any small gesture can make a significant difference in someone's day. Why not take an hour this week and donate time, books magazines, yarn or anything you can think of that will bring a smile an assisted living patient. Here in town, you can head on down to Chelmsford Crossing on Chelmsford St., the Atrium on Drum Hill, or Summer Place on Summer Street next to Harrington’s.

The Future of Europe Lies At The Adams Library

Meditation Seminar
The Chelmsford Health Department is hosting a wonderful group seminar entitled, "Going Within to Our Peaceful Space.” This workshop is designed for people interested in expanding and cultivating their inner-world while also nourishing their body, mind and spirit through meditation and group sharing. Friendly's Restaurant is holding a fundraiser for the Chelmsford Friends of the Library on Thursday, September 12, from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. Get your required coupon at Adams Library prior to entering Friendly's, at 20 Boston Rd. Chelmsford Senior Center September Fling Dance
The Chelmsford Senior Center is hosting a September Fling Dance, this Saturday, September 14, 7-10 p.m. Dance to swing, Latin and other contemporary favorites from The Gabriel Combo.
