Have an anime teenage fan? The Chelmsford Library is hosting a Manga discussion and anime viewing this afternoon, 4-5:30 p.m. This program is primarily targeted towards teens as not all anime is rated and may be inappropriate for younger children.

Chelmsford Cultural Council Now Accepting Grant Applications

The Chelmsford Cultural Council (CCC) is now accepting applications for program grants for FY2014. As an agency of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, the CCC annually allocates state funds for cultural programs to benefit residents. Priorities include, new ideas in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences. The approved grant for Chelmsford is $8,030.
