Chelmsford Police Fill-A-Cruiser Toy Drive Moved Due To Weather

As a storm rolls into town, the police department opted to move the annual toy drive. Here's what to know.

Those who were planning to make a donation but cannot attend the rescheduled event can still donate a toy by dropping it off at the Toys For Tots box in the police station lobby on Olde North Road.

CHELMSFORD, MA — Because forecasters are predicting a snow storm Saturday the eighth annual Chelmsford Police Department is postponing its Fill-A-Cruiser toy drive to Sunday, Dec. 6.

"There is increasing potential for an impactful storm this weekend," the National Weather Service said Thursday morning.

Those who were planning to make a donation but cannot attend the rescheduled event can still donate a toy by dropping it off at the Toys For Tots box in the police station lobby on Olde North Road.
