Chelmsford Resident Named Nashoba Tech Athlete of the Month

Brendan Conley is a Nashoba Valley Technical High School Athlete of the Month.

CHLEMSFORD, MA - Brendan Conley of Chelmsford has been selected as a January Athlete of the Month at Nashoba Valley Technical High School.

Conley is a senior defenseman for the Nashoba Tech hockey team and has been instrumental in leading the Vikings to a possible berth in the state tournament.

“Brendan leads by example and through strong words and an incredible work ethic,” hockey coach Robert Callahan wrote. “He plays heavy minutes each game and is fourth on the team in scoring as a
defenseman.”

Conley is also a high-honors student and has qualified to receive the John & Abigail Adams Scholarship for his performance on the MCAS exam. Conley also helps incoming freshmen adapt to Nashoba Tech as a Kick-Off Mentor.

He plans to attend a four-year college after graduation but is undecided on his field of study.
