The Wall Street Journal's Marketwatch is reporting that Billerica Road-based Kronos has closed a deal to provide hiring solutions for Stage Stores Inc., a nationwide apparel, accessory, cosmetic and footwear retailer.
Stage Stores vice president of benefits, compensation and HR administration Cindy Kothmann called the Chelmsford-based company the market leader in hiring software.
"With Kronos, we will be able to easily identify candidates with a customer service knack," said Kothmann. "The improved selection process will have a domino effect on our organization: happy, skilled employees lead to satisfied customers, and satisfied customers lead to improved sales."
Kronos is no stranger to the Stage Stores chain, having already provided the company its time and attendance hardware and software.
