The Wall Street Journal’s Marketwatch reports that a deal has been made by Chelmsford’s Kronos has been contracted by Best Buy stores in Mexico for their cloud based workforce management solutions.
Kronos, whose headquarters are located on Billerica Road, are one of the world’s leaders in systems that track employee work hours and other employee-based data used by businesses.
“Kronos has the longest record of helping retailers around the world successfully optimize their workforce management processes,” said Alex Torres, Human Resources Director of Best Buy Mexico. “Second, Kronos offers solutions that are highly intuitive and innovative. We don’t know of another workforce management vendor that matches Kronos in innovation, functionality and ease of use.”
