Chelmsford's Middle Schools Among Top 75 in the State

CHELMSFORD, MA -- Chelmsford's middle schools are among the best in Massachusetts, according to a new list from Niche.

The report on the best middle schools in Massachusetts breaks down schools based on state test scores, student-teacher ratio, student diversity, teacher quality and the overall quality of the school district.

McCarthey Middle School was ranked 72nd in the state and received an A- for its overall grade. The school received an A for Overall District Experience, an A- for both Academics and Teachers, and a C for Student Culture and Diversity.

Parker Middle School was ranked 64th in the state and also received an A- for its overall grade. The school received an A for Overall District Experience, an A- for both Academics and Teachers, and a C for Student Culture and Diversity.
