Dunstable and Lowell Residents Arrested for Shoplifting Merchandise

Chelmsford Police Department officers made two arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.
Friday, Feb. 7
- Chelmsford Police arrested Renee Reddin, 48, of 290 Kemp Street, Dunstable. Redding was charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise.
- During the same incident, police also arrested Maureen A. Riddle, 47, of 1264 Varnum Ave., Lowell. Riddle was also charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise.
- Timothy J. Buckland, 31, of 148 Groton Road, North Chelmsford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery following a domestic incident.
- Officers took Rafael E. Huertas, 28, of 406 Pawtucket Street, Lowell, into custody. Huertas was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a suspended registration and another for an uninsured inspection sticker.
