Chelmsford Police Department officers made two arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction. Friday, Feb. 7 <ul><li>Chelmsford Police arrested Renee Reddin, 48, of 290 Kemp Street, Dunstable. Redding was charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise.</li><li>During the same incident, police also arrested Maureen A. Riddle, 47, of 1264 Varnum Ave., Lowell. Riddle was also charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise.</li></ul>Sunday, Feb. 9 <ul><li>Timothy J. Buckland, 31, of 148 Groton Road, North Chelmsford, was arrested and charged with assault and battery following a domestic incident.</li><li>Officers took Rafael E. Huertas, 28, of 406 Pawtucket Street, Lowell, into custody. Huertas was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a suspended registration and another for an uninsured inspection sticker.</li></ul>
