'Entering Chelmsford' Sign Moved; Yelling Man; Shoplifting Woman

At 1:50 a.m., it was reported that the “Entering Chelmsford” sign on Chelmsford Street had been moved.

At 9:02 a.m., a man was reportedly screaming in a parking lot on Technology Drive.

At 5:57 p.m., a neighbor found a dog in their yard.

At 10:15 p.m., a female shoplifter was reported to have gotten away from Wal-Mart.

At 12:23 a.m., loud music was reported on Brick Kiln.
