At 5:01 a.m., loud construction noises were reported on Littleton Road.

At 10:15 a.m., the attempted larceny of a bicycle on Ups Road resulted in damage to the bike.

At 7:30 p.m., a possible electric burn in a store on Chelmsford Street was reported.

At 10:31 p.m., a motor vehicle stop resulted in the arrest of Sean Sao, 45, of Lowell on a warrant.

Thursday, Nov. 12

At 6:13 a.m., a fire in the cab of a trash truck was reported.

At 11:01 a.m., a report of an unwanted person on Glen Avenue came in. Police subsequently arrested Tammy Noonan, 41, of Lowell on warrants for assault and battery and shoplifting.

At 6:38 p.m., a possible road rage incident was reported.

At 8:10 p.m., a larceny reported was made.
