#3. Yard Sales Today... we know of some on Braeburn Road and Newfield Street. If you've got one, put it into our events calendar. If you can give us a few days notice, we'll put it here in Five Things.

#4. Also today... It's TrinityFest at the Lutheran Church on Old Westford Road.

#5. Absentee ballots for the Special State Election are now available. Voters are eligible to vote by absentee ballot if they are unable to come to the polls in person on Election Day for one of the following three reasons:

  • absence from the Town of Chelmsford during polling hours on Election Day
  • a physical disability that prevents the voter from going to the polling place
  • or a religious belief.

Eligible voters may vote in person at the Clerk’s office or by mail.  The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot will be Monday, June 24th at 12 noon.

Absentee ballot applications and more information can be found at: www.state.ma.us/sec/ele/eleifv/howabs.htm

For more information, the Clerk can be reached at 978.250.5205.
