Five Things You Need to Know for Your Week Ahead in Chelmsford
From deadlines to important meetings to fun events, here's a snapshot of a few things to keep in mind this week in Chelmsford.

- Trash pickup delay: If your pickup is Wednesday or later, you’ll be delayed one day this week due to Veterans Day.
- Veterans Day: Schools, town offices and the library will be closed on Wednesday, Nov. 11 in observance of Veterans Day. (For more, see “Veterans Day: What’s Closed, What’s Open in Chelmsford”).
- Weird Massachusetts: Paranormal researcher Jeff Belanger will be at the Chelmsford Library on Friday, Nov. 13 to explore the unexplained with the public. The talk is free. For more info, check out the event info on the library website.
- Lions volleyball: The Chelmsford High volleyball team will head into MIAA tournament semifinal play Tuesday against Central Catholic. The home match starts at 7 p.m.
