Grand Jury Indicts Several with Connections to Chelmsford
A couple of Chelmsford residents as well as a Chelmsford case were part of the indictments announced last week.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments last week, including one case out of Chelmsford and several others involving Chelmsford residents.
In the Chelmsford case, Lennell Lopez, 24, of Nashua, N.H., was charged with trafficking Oxycodone, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, possession of a Class B substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class C substance, possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance, operating a motor vehicle under the influence (2 counts), operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.
Additionally, Sabrina Costa, 23, of Chelmsford, was charged with assault and battery on an elderly or disabled person and assault and battery on a person over the age of 60 (4 counts) in a case out of Lowell.

In a Westford case, Thomas Hickey, 32, of Chelmsford was charged with rape of a child by force (4 counts).
