Job Openings Hit Record High: Here Are Thousands Of Them
Job-seekers rejoice and take a look at what's available in Chelmsford and beyond.

A new report by the Bureau of Labor Statistics brought good news for job seekers: Job openings are in the millions.
The number of job openings hit 5.8 million on the last day of July, the most for one month since December 2000, when the bureau began tracking employment opportunities.
The previous high was 5.4 million, in May 2015.

The Northeast region had the biggest gain in job openings, with the South coming in second out of the four U.S. regions that the bureau tracks. The West was third with the Midwest last, though all four had an increase in openings.
