Lowell Man Had Multiple Drugs When Chelmsford Police Conducted a Stop

At 6:14 a.m., a man was reported to be sleeping in a car on Scotty Hollow.

At 12:22 p.m., a customer problem was reported at a drive-up window on Drum Hill Road.

At 1:24 p.m., a motor vehicle lockout in which a child was locked in the car was reported.

At 2:32 p.m., a customer and employee were reported to be arguing at Boston Market.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

At 4:27 a.m., loud construction noise was reported on Littleton Road.

At 11:35 a.m., a residence was found with an open door.

At 1:45 p.m., a motor vehicle stop led to an arrest. Debra Huard, 47, of Wilmington was arrested on a warrant. Also arrested was Steven Legatos, 45, of Lowell. Legatos was charged with operating on a suspended license, possession with intent to distribute of a Class D substance, possession with intent to distribute of a Class C and illegal possession of a Class B substance.

At 4:50 p.m., a report was made of a rock having been thrown into a windshield in the past.

At 7:38 p.m., stolen money was reported.
