Middlesex County Grand Jury Indictments: 1 Chelmsford Case Announced

CHELMSFORD, MA -Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan has announced the grand jury indictments from Feb. 18 to March 17.

The indictments were categorized by the locations in which the events occurred. Lowell had the highest number of indictments with 15 during that time span.

One Chelmsford-based incident was listed in the indictments, and that information can be found below:

Joshua Jefferson, 32, of Billerica, was charged with trafficking over 36 grams of heroin and possession with intent to distribute cocaine, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
