Middlesex District Attoney Announces Grand Jury Indictments
The charges include conspiracy to commit armed robbery and rape of a child.

CHELMSFORD, MA - Two Chelmsford men are among the recent grand jury indictments announced by Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan.
The cases are both out of Chelmsford and are as follows:
Michael Santangelo, 27, of Chelmsford, was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Joshua Gironi, 18, of Chelmsford, was a charged as a youthful offender with rape of a child by force (4 counts), aggravated rape of a child (4 counts) and assault with intent to rape a child.
